Authenticity, self-esteem, empathy, empowerment and the love of sharing are some of the incentives that inspired this website.
My aim is to help enhancing abilities like discernment, decision-making, creative thinking and self-respect.

a serious threat to some of your acquired assumptions about relationships, communication, quality of life, leadership and
professionalism. If you are a
hyper-ambitious, result-oriented achiever at any cost, then this site
is a waste of time for you.
Do you aim at being a
successful person, achieving great goals, enjoying the love and respect
of those led by you at work, at home or in your community? Yes? Then
the first thing to do is drop the idea of becoming a leader altogether.
Instead, start thinking how you can be of service to humanity; how you can help the people around you meet their emotional needs.
To help others, let's forget about them for a moment and focuss only on you; your assumptions, your deeply held values and intentions. Are those leading you where you wish to go? Are you happy with yourself and your life?
Life is all about relationships. Life is an intricate tapestry of millions of choices and seemingly coincidental events. Its an avenue of endless possibilities and you are sitting on the driver's seat. Are you heading in the direction you want to go?
Leadership is not about others. It is first and foremost about you. Are you a good leader of your mind and your sense organs? Can you direct those in the desired direction?
